The organizer of the conference registration shall be limited liability company “Baltijas Ceļojumu Grupa”, registration No. 40003482252, legal address: Kr. Barona Street 13/15 – 20, Riga, LV-1011, phone: 67228428, e-mail: data@btgroup.lv, (hereinafter referred to as the BTG).
Personal data gathered on this page shall be processed to ensure registration of participants for the conference and performance of payment of participants’ admission fee, to identify registered participants and to ensure their participation in the conference, inter alia, to issue certifying documents on participation the conference, to communicate regarding possible changes with respect to run of the conference, as well as in particular cases, to organise accommodation, catering and transport services to the participants. |

If the participant of the conference shall agree to receive from the BTG the offers on further conferences, contact information of the participant may be used to send such offers.
If during the run or organising of the conference, the participant shall agree to receive information from the conference supporters, the participant’s personal data shall be transferred to the conference supporters, and in this case, the conference supporters shall be considered as controllers of participant’s data.
Legal basis of personal data processing shall be contract on participation in the conference, concluded by the participant of the conference, and foregoing consent to receive offers on further conferences, if such consent was provided.
